There are people who date for marriage, for fun, for love, for a season, and for no reason at all. Before we get into all of that, what does it mean to date anyway? What is the difference between dating and talking? Is there a difference?

The sun has begun to shine, weather has warmed up, short clothes are in full effect and the dating scene is open. If you are in a relationship then you may not go through the yearly hibernation, but I am sure you can remember the days. Whipping out the razor and taking it all off! Or do you? When it is time to tame your lady parts (or male parts), do you keep the bush, trim your garden or have a naked mole rat? We all have different preferences and our preferences could be personal or for pleasure. Some may prefer to go bare or keep the hair. You can always find a benefit and downfall in all three.
![]() There’s this person. Amazing person! You two have great conversations, share a lot of the same interests, and genuinely enjoy each others company. So sex is finally brought up and you find out this amazing person is celibate with no end date stamped anywhere on them. What do you do? Is this one thing worth you leaving or does it make you want to stay more? ![]() You’re 20 and you feel as if you're 27. You’re calculating the amount of time you have to accomplish your goals before you’re 30 and you are panicking. It seems as if time is against you and there is no way to stop it. Friend, fret not. The end of the world is not near and you actually still have time. ![]() Scenario: A young lady and her friends are having lunch at a nice eatery downtown. While eating, the young lady notices a guy eyeing her. She pays him no mind as she tries to give more attention to her friend who is conversing with her. Engaged in conversation, the guy approaches the young lady, excuses himself and proceeds to compliment the lady he is interested in. She thanks him and he goes forth and asks for her number so that maybe they can get up one day. Let’s pause this right here. We can look at this situation in two ways: ![]() With all of the celebrity marriage controversy and young adults I know of who are in a tight spot within their marriage, I have begun to wonder why people are getting married today. Is it for money? Just to say you did it? Sex? Tax write off? Children? Seriously, where has the value gone? What grounds do individuals stand on when they come together as one that helps support the reason why they want to become a union? Do some people see this as a fad? Is marriage simply the new black? Whatever it may be that some people choose to take this leap on, it is depreciating the value of marriage. Ladies, have you ever had a partner who tended to always show up late to the party? Or when they came to the party, they came early? Uhhh…you know, showed UP late, CAME early. Ok, there was erection or arousal problems and/or they were one minute men. What’s up with that? There could be a medical issue or just an arousal issue.
![]() The weather is beginning to break so, you know what that means? Cuffing season has come to an end! Yes, yes, yes, it was fun while it lasted, but it is time to get your bags and get the hell on…or is it? With so much going on today, cuffing season, side piece, boo thang, “my lil friend”, and all of the other code names for people you are involved with, I think it is very beneficial to correct the label on your relationship or obtain one. ![]() Sex can be a beautiful thing. The feeling, inside and out, is supposed to be very pleasurable. Some people don’t experience this pleasure for uncontrollable reasons or they just run from it. Why you running boo? While making a guy or girl run during sex is an ego booster, it gets annoying after like the second time or the first time when you guys couldn’t finish. It’s time for you to get off the track and sit on the side. The meet is over. ![]() In a world full of fakes, it’s hard to see what’s real. I mean seriously, not only are materialistic things fake, but everything else. People, relationships, and…….ORGASMS!!!!!!! C’mon, why are we still faking? We are in the 21st century and it is time that we are honest with ourselves and others. Honesty isn’t always the end of the world. |
